i found the hotel clean. all facilities were maintained to a very high standard. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. i was particularly impressed with the gymwith modern equipment.
the breakfast options could benefit from a wider selection of pastries.

The staff greeted guests by their names and offered prompt assistance. They also remembered personal preferences. They were always available at the reception desk. The concierge arranged transport quickly.

Breakfast included a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. i enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices available each morning. the dining area was clean and well-kept. Service was attentive.

exorbitant feeslengthy refund
The staff was not particularly helpful, constantly saying things were chargeable. The so-called business center charges exorbitant fees after an hour. A deposit of 200 AED per night felt excessive. It was to be refunded after 14 days. I think they should be more upfront about these costs.

The hotel staff was great. The room was quite spacious and well-kept! It featured a pleasant sea view from the balcony. The complimentary transfer to Mercato Mall was a nice perk too.
Breakfast options felt limited. I wanted more variety. The room was not as private as I would have liked. Clear balcony walls allowed full exposure to the general public outside. The pool was rather small for a hotel of this size too.

A Relatively Good Stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offered Nikki Beach access, it was a nice perk. Breakfast had a good selection of choices and the food was quite tasty.
The pool seemed smaller than I expected. It felt crowded each morning. The view from the room was partly obstructed by other buildings. This detracted from the overall experience.
